Last summer I was looking for a coach to help me create a better work/life balance. I spoke with Kathy, and right away I knew she was the coach for me!
Her compassion, dedication, and ability to listen and hear what is *not* being said makes her a terrific coach. Kathy was able to hear just what I needed each and every week.
The one thing that stands out the most for me was the time exercise she gave me to do. By looking at how much time I was spending on a particular item, I could decide whether or not I really had the time to put it in my schedule. This same exercise also showed me I really have more time available than I originally thought. This is key to someone who is seeking that work/life balance.
Kathy is an excellent coach. I really appreciate her ability to get to the heart of the matter and not hesitate to suggest tools she finds useful. I could go on and on about Kathy, but in a nutshell let me just say I am so grateful she was my coach!

At one point in the not too distant past, I would say that having a ‘coach’ was alright for some folks. Today, I say that if you wish to succeed, you should have a coach. Not as dramatic as some conversions, it nonetheless represents a significant shift in my thinking. I will tell you that it is because of one person—Kathy Taheri.
I admit to being skeptical at first but that vanished quickly. Since our serendipitous connection, I have had nothing but excellent progress in my several projects that Kathy is involved in as my coach.
Kathy is not a coach as they are popularly known, but a guide in the truest sense. She walks the path with you and is fully participatory—it is, at once, as though you had an observer and a confidante. She is wonderfully perceptive, with a gift for asking the right questions. She is understanding, able to perceive from your perspective while yet retaining her own. She is energetic and passionate and both transfer to you and your endeavors. She is wonderfully supportive. Amazingly, no sense of perspective or realism is lost in her guidance but rather it is gained.
Personally, I have gained a sharper sense of focus with my endeavors and a greater sense of control over them. Her questions have enabled me to develop significant and valuable material for my work. Her engagement and passion always keep me moving forward and I can always expect quality input if requested.
